This might actually work better if you can plug the guitar into a game controller or an amp that accepts USB input. If you go into the ASIO4all control panel I have a feeling you might be able to get it to aggregate standard Windows audio and the guitar into a single channel. The other reason I said to use ASIO4all is that although ASIO is a single device protocol, ASIO4all is actually a layer over the Windows device protocol called WDM, and WDM does support multiple devices. (In the usual case, the guitar's plugged into an external audio interface which also has the speakers plugged into it, hence a single audio device and no problem.) It's not clear to me how sound will reach your computer speakers. Now for the really big problem.all DAWs support just one audio interface, and you've just used it up on the guitar.
